Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                               
House consider the Senate message (page 935) on the following:                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 5                                                                                                            
    "An Act relating to the persons who may be appointed                                                                        
    conservators of a protected person."                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
and                                                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
    SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 5(JUD)                                                                                         
    "An Act relating to the persons who may be appointed guardians

Representative Millett moved that the House concur in the Senate
